Cache County Warrant Records Cache County Warrant Records

Cache County warrant information is held across separate systems. Courts issue orders and manage case status; the Sheriff’s Office verifies county warrants and serves process; the jail answers custody questions; and Utah’s statewide system supports eligible public searches. A local search can miss a court, a restricted file, or an update in progress. This private reference site organizes those routes so a reader can start with the record type and confirm it with the office that maintains it.

Why We Built This Site

Utah has a free statewide warrant search, and Cache County’s Sheriff’s Office publishes a phone route for suspected county warrants. Neither channel replaces the court that issued an order. First District handles district-court matters; Logan, Hyrum, Providence, and Wellsville have local justice-court routes; Smithfield’s court closed in 2021, while North Logan/Hyde Park’s former court dissolved in 2025 and later case routing shifted to district court. These differences are why a no-result screen or old city link should be checked with the current court.

What You Will Find Here

  • Warrant checks: how to use the official statewide search and confirm a result with its court
  • Open warrant status: what active warrant search results can and cannot establish
  • Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which local court may hold the case
  • Arrest orders: where arrest warrant and service questions belong
  • Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash

What We Cannot Do

This is a private reference site, not a Utah court, sheriff office, or state agency. There are clear limits to what we can do:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm any person’s status
  • We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
  • We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now

Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
